Our Private Printing Parties are perfect for a celebration, team building event, a night out with friends, or to just simply create and unwind with people you like.
What to Expect at Alt Printing!
Are you ready for a fun and creative experience at Alt Printing? Each class is two hours long and your group will get to experience printing on an apparel press and printing on our tabletop setup.
Here's a list of instructions on the flow of our workshops and what you can expect as a participant:
Step One: DATE! Choose a Date for your event from our Calendar of Availability.
Step Two: CHOICES!
Before your event, your group has some choices to make so we can get everything ready for you when you arrive.
Choice One: THEME OR CUSTOM?
Theme: $45/person
Custom: $50/person
THEME: You can choose from one of our many themes. These are pre-made designs ready for both parts of the class.
CUSTOM: For a slight upcharge, you can have a custom design made.
Some examples are company logo, phrase, inside joke, image, quote, etc.
Just let us know, and we'll discuss the details. A custom class would have some color limitations on the press, so if you think that's something that you want to do, let us know and we will fill you in on the details.
Please note: Everyone in the party will do the SAME design for the first portion of the event.
CHOICE TWO: Totebag or T-Shirt?
Your ENTIRE group will make either a Totebag or a T-shirt (sizes vary).
We will have the design and the printed item all set up for you to make when you arrive.
CHOICE THREE: Table Top Project
Choose 2 items from the list below that EVERYONE will make.
Every person in the group will make the same two items but you will have a variety of designs to choose from, all based on the theme you choose. We will set up all the screens to be sized appropriately for the 2 items your group chooses.
What to Expect When You Arrive
Arrival and Set-up: When you arrive at our printmaking studio in Reo Town, you'll be greeted by our friendly team. We'll already have everything set up for you, so no need to worry about any messy screen creation processes. You're here to do the fun part!
Introduction and Instruction: Once everyone is settled, we'll kick off the workshop with a warm welcome and introduce you to the exciting world of screen printing. Our instructor will provide step-by-step instructions on the screen-printing process, making it easy for all skill levels to participate.
Sling Ink and Get Creative: Now comes the exciting part! You'll have the opportunity to sling ink and bring your designs to life. The press item will be the same for everyone, with the same ink color(s) and design. But on the table tops, each individual can choose from our premade graphics and swap out colors to create their own one-of-a-kind piece. Get ready for some artistic freedom!
Guidance and Assistance: Our instructor will be there every step of the way, providing guidance and assistance as needed. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a newbie, we're here to make sure you have an amazing experience and create something you'll be proud to take home.
Unwind and Have Fun: Our workshops are not just about learning screen printing; they're also about having a great time! We want you to unwind, relax, and enjoy the process. Feel free to bring your creativity, share ideas with fellow participants, and embrace the joyful atmosphere.
Unique Souvenirs: By the end of the workshop, you'll have a unique item that you personally created. It's like taking home a piece of the fun and creativity you experienced during the workshop. And remember, if you're creating coasters, no two sets will be the same unless you want them to be!

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance. If the cancellation occurs without 15 days notice, the card on file will be charged for the minimum number of participants (8 people).
